All media delivered by Cinemaflight, LLC includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the marketing of the specific property it was created for.
1. Listing Use (Included)
This covers all standard real estate marketing:
- MLS syndication (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
- Organic social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Agent/Brokerage website and email marketing.
- Duration: Temporary use until the property is sold, leased, or the listing expires.
2. Extended Marketing Use (Optional Add-On)
Required if the media is used to promote your brand rather than just the property.
- Examples: Agent branding videos, “About Me” sections, brokerage recruiting, or long-term portfolio use.
- Typical Fee: $150-$500
3. Commercial & Advertising Use (Custom Quote)
Required for usage by third parties or for high-impact paid campaigns.
- Examples: Builder/Architect portfolios, paid Meta/Google ads, TV/billboards, or national campaigns.
- Fee: Scales based on audience size and duration.
