Will the photographer stage my property?
Due to potential liability and property damage, our photographers are limited only to light staging (e.g. arranging pillows and blankets, closing toilet seats, turning off TVs, and straightening chairs). Realtors and their clients should be sure to clean, prepare, and stage the property prior to the shoot. Please make sure to view our pre-shoot checklist that lists our recommendations to ensure your photos and video look the best.

We work with realtors, brokers, investors, homeowners, AirBnB and Vrbo owners. Regardless of your affiliation we have a solution to fit your needs.
Is my photographer experienced in real estate photography and will I be getting the same quality of photos on your website?
Rest assured that every Cinemaflight media specialist will produce high quality photos and video for your listings. All assets will be of similar if not better quality than the samples showcased on our website.
Do you come to the house first to give me a quote?

What photography method do you use?
Cinemaflight shoot’s all properties using HDR photography. This process consists of capturing multiple exposures in each room that get combined in post production to create images that have a high dynamic range. Dynamic range is what ensures that you can see the details of what’s inside and outside the windows of each room. When shooting using a flash things can appear blown out and colors that do not appear correct.
How long does it take to photograph a listing?
Depending on the size of the property shoots can take anywhere from 30 – 60 mins for regular size homes to 2hrs for larger homes. In the event that a property is not properly staged and ready to shoot this can impact the timing for the photographer on site. Cinemaflight allows 20 mins of buffer time at each shoot for helping agents with basic preparations, however if the listing is not ready and can not be quickly cleaned within 20 mins then the shoot needs to be rescheduled.
Where do you usually start when taking photos and video?
We typically start at the main entrance of the property and work our way around moving to the living room, then kitchen, and finally surrounding rooms and floors finishing with the exterior of the home and flying the drone.
Can we move things from one room to another?
Your listing should be staged, cleaned, and prepared in advance prior to the arrival of a Cinemaflight photographer. We are not responsible for cleaning upon arrival however we can help with basic preparations.
Can I change my order onsite with the photographer?
Due to the variety of services we offer a photographer may not have the required equipment on site if you did not schedule a specific shoot package in advance. Please make sure to pick the package you’re interested in and schedule in advance to prevent requiring multiple shoots.
How does it work when we are ordering multiple services?
Cinemaflight offers individual services along with packages that bundle and discount the individual services. Check out using our simple booking system and make sure to review and select the appropriate marketing option for your listing needs.
Do you do headshots, team photos, or lifestyle photos?
Yes, we can capture high quality headshot photos for use in your marketing. High resolution, transparent formats available. Edits and enhancements, remove blemishes and more etc.
Do you give discounts if I scheduled multiple homes in one day?
Yes, we offer discounts for multiple same day shoots. Discount varies pending quantity of shoots.
Do you give discounts for Offices and Teams?
Yes, we offer options for bulk rate discounts based on the annual number of shoots that the office or team generates.
